    I did some crazy (awesome!) WOD that Brandon suggested instead.

    Every 75 seconds do:
    3 power cleans (65#)
    3 box jumps
    3 power cleans (65#)
    3 box jumps

    I made it through 20 rounds, on the last one I did 3 power cleans, 3 box jumps, 3 power cleans, 1 box jump.

    It was a pretty cool workout. Pretty fun too. Especially since instead of jumping on the box, I jumped on one of the tires.
