25-17-11-13-10 (76 total) and I would think that I probably got about 200m of my last 400 in before the time ran out

Hey, thought I would try out this fancy new technology–I got a kid in my class to show me how! Sorry I missed everyone yesterday, but we finally got to move in to our house. My wife mentioned I was able to pick up more furniture than she can recall seeing me lift in the past–ahh, the benefits of all this exercising is really paying off!

The trouble with coming all the time is that we know when you’re not there!
Glad to see you’ve hopped on board. The trouble with exercising is that you get to be the guy people call when THEY need to move.
