    circa 11:50 i believe…40 pound dbls

    15:23 or something near there w/ 35lb DB’s. Rocked my forearms, biceps and shoulders hard but I wouldnt have it any other way!

    Hammy was a little tight this morning but a quick stretch and it’s good to go :) See you guys tonight!
