    6 rounds plus a 200 meter run. A good time was had by all!

    4 rounds plus a 200 meter run. Awesome to have so many people at the 4:45 workout.

    4 rounds, 200m sprint +19 sit ups. felt like SO much more, today was rough!

    4 rounds plus 200 meter run + 15 sit-ups. It was much harder then it looked.

    5 rounds then did supplemental work, 50 pushups and 25 pullups.
