28 mins+ with 135 lbs. I have never pushed 135 over my head PERIOD–heck, I only weigh 147! I have to say I am rather proud of this accomplishment. Maybe I can stop being so scared of pushing weight overhead now!
No worries trey….just wait till we repeat a workout that you’ve already done, and youll see the results. I bet you’ve made more progress than you think.
