    28 mins+ with 135 lbs. I have never pushed 135 over my head PERIOD–heck, I only weigh 147! I have to say I am rather proud of this accomplishment. Maybe I can stop being so scared of pushing weight overhead now!

    Sam was ridiculous. I had to drop weight…20:00. I still have a long road ahead of me.
