    The workout hurt a lot, but I am a better person from it.

    It was pouring when I got there so I did a 2k row instead. 9:03.1

    I should have gone faster, but I definitely have not rowed more than 500m at a time in a while.

    Also - Rusty and Brian kinda look like they’re floating mid-air in this photo.
