-15 Hanging Knee Raises
-15 SDLHP

-Squats and Presses should be at a moderate weight (~65%), sets across.

    Just letting you guys know, i may be MIA for awhile. Just started my M3 year surgery rotation, and its not exactly xfit friendly.
