    10:02. Used the 20lb ball. Difficult.

    Hi all–I am going crazy missing Crossfit! I had an MRI on my foot yesterday, so I should know something today. I am hoping they can hook me up with a brace or boot or something so that I can get back soon–hopefully before the week is over. Hope everyone is well!
