    17:03 w/ 35lb squats and 45lb presses.

    Bear crawls aren’t as bad as I thought.

    22:10 with 35lb squats and 25lb dumbells for the push jerks (which is what I thought it was, not push presses?) and the skin off my palms for the bear crawls.

    15:21 with 15lbs dumbells and 35lb (i think) squats. My palms are hurting, but it feels SO good to be back!
