Today’s WOD;

AMRAP 20:
-10 Dumbbell Split Jerks (Alternating Arms)
-10 Burpees
-10 Broad Jumps

    7 rounds + 10 + 3.

    Had an “active recovery day” so I did 7×1min. row’s w/ 30sec rest in between. Easy pace on rd 1, 4; intermediate (2K pace) on rd 2, 5; Hard (near sprint pace) on rd 3, 6 then sprint last round which was at 1:29-1:30/500m pace which is a 6min 2K! Then did some core work.

    Thanks for helping me get ready for my trip guys! I’ll make sure to take lots of pictures when I reach the summit’s next week! See you all on the 8th!

    9 rounds
    plus 10 jerks and 9 burpees
    with only 30 pounds though
