    30 minutes plus. I did 225 deads and then 1000/500/1000/500/1000 rows since I can’t run. Pretty wiped after that!

    19:32 (#225 Deadlifts)- Sam went hardcore on the rows. As a high school rower I know that you row roughty as fast as you run the same distance… so kudos on attacking that workout boot or no boot
