Today’s WOD:
5 Rounds:
-400M Run
-12 Thrusters
(65# guys, 45# girls)
Why is coming to CFRVA worth your hard earned money?
There’s been a good amount of discussion lately on the CrossFit messageboards about the price of CrossFit at an affiliate. Ultimately, it boils down to whether or not the value is equal to the cost. What keeps you coming if you could certainly find a cheaper gym? (or a free one for all our students!)

I thought this one would be fun/easy, but I hated it. The thrusters were cake. Running was another story.

I come here because all my friends do. No seriously. It’s true.

11:49? :39 maybe? I’m with Kat on this one, it was gross. I felt like I couldn’t breathe.
I come back for Coach Jake’s luscious locks and Brandon’s great jokes.

i come because of my man crush on brian.
seriously though: the workouts work (its actually conidered the ‘ideal’ type of workout taught to the excercise physiology students), the people are great, and the mcv free gym is worthless. Also, you avoid the ‘how much do you bench’ guys and the guys who flex in the mirror the entire time.
I’ll be back today guys…looks like ill get out early

Y0, 15:15.. I have been feeling the pain since Tuesday’s deadlift version.
As for why crossfit? I will answer you question with a question,
“Where else can you go to improve your true health and your functional fitness level instead of getting “tan and jacked”?!”
And circle gets the square.
