    Look at the sweet belly in the first shot, haha!

    25:16 then did a 1km row in 3:34. It was a beast but thanks to McKenzie and Kat for joining in my suffering, haha. Oh, and the good news is that I was Deadlifting myself as I weight 225 now. 70lbs lost since I started Crossfit!

    Happy birthday JS! and congrats on all of your accomplishments at CFRVA! sprints were a bitch, but at least i didn’t barf haha!

    Those two pictures are pretty awesome side by side js. Congratulations- its not an easy accomplishment.
