-5 Hang Power Clean + 5 Front Squat+ 5 Push-Press X 3
-2 Pull-Ups + 2 Kness to Elbows X 5

    It doesn’t look like I can make it today and I hope to get to it late night at the civilian gym. What is the rxed wait for the 5 Hang Power Clean + 5 Front Squat+ 5 Push-Press X 3?

    trey- try to work with 95lbs. and if that is too much drop to 75 or 85

    Got up to 190 on the front squats
    wod in 14:40, I believe.

    14:55 WOD. Grip fail.
