    this workout is a beast on your back. awesome.

    did the reps at 325 and clapping pushups: i think my first round was 16/25, slowly….okay, fastly….deteriorating to 10/10.

    Definitely pretty tough on the back region! I am not a very seasoned deadlifter so I didn’t really enjoy this one either.

    Not a big fan of this WOD but my posture is great today :)

    Hmmm. No one liked the wod, yet still 3.5 stars? I sense voter registration fraud! It was probably DP.
