    I wish I could have made this one. Saturday morning classes suck! What was “fight gone bad?”

    It’s 3 rounds of
    -1 min wall balls
    -1 min sumo deadlift high-pulls
    -1 min box jumps
    -1 min push press
    -1 min rowing
    Then rest for 1 min.

    Each rep counts as 1 point and each calorie you row counts as 1 point. Then you add all the points up and that’s your score.

    It’s a fun one. Sorry you missed out dude.

    Its a tough one, and we won’t do it during regular group classes very often. Make it out next time!

    Does anyone else have incredible pain/cramping where their arms meet their shoulders from this WOD?

    Megan - my arm/shoulder hurts right there too. I noticed yesterday. It’s hurts the most when I bend my arm and throw my elbow back and up (think: elbowing someone in the head). It’s only my right arm too.

    YES! putting on jackets is soooo painful!
