*Box Jumps should be big, SDLHP heavy.

Most who plan on being in Richmond for the next year signed up for a year, and it looks like we’ll have several new sign-ups this month also. You’ve helped us grow tremendously over the past year, and we hope to return the favor by creating the best gym that we can.

George, you killed that workout!
I only did 7 rounds because of this nagging chest cold that won’t go away. Still took me 10:36 with 95# sdhps and the 24″ box with just two mats stacked on top.

After I stopped hyperventilating over having to jump so high, I was alright. After the second round went down to 65#.
15:04 or something like that.

15:45 w/ 95 lb high pulls. Almost had a panic attack (all 11 rounds) during the box jumps.
