-We got busy enough with the overhead sit-ups the other night, Dave S. had to use plates instead of dumbbells. The look on his face says he doesn’t care.

    I didn’t do this one, today I did Filthy 50. I got 20:35 which is roughly a 5 min PR for me. Whooo Hooo!

    215 x3 with a new 1 rep pr 235

    sooooooooooooo glad i wasnt around for that filthy 50! probably wouldve hurled… again

    tried to pull 205 put had to drop to 195. Still good considering I haven’t done heavy deadlifts in a long time.

    3 reps at my last 1rep max PR, 185 and a new 1 rep PR@ 215lbs!! thanks sarah for the inspiration!!

    425 x 3, which was my old 1 rep max.

    Trying to keep pace with DP was crucial motivation.

    Got up to 295X3 on the deadlifts. Tried 305, only got it twice, then I too went for a one rep max and got 325.

    Congrats to everyone on all the PRs yesterday!

    135 x3 and pr of 155 x 1 rep

    my back hurts.
