    I liked this one. Used 75 lbs - started with 13 reps and ended with 9 reps.

    really liked this one. but had trouble with my wrists. I don’t think i stretched them enough. 115 lb. clean and jerks, but bowed out after the 7th round.

    6 for most, 7 for a few at 135#. definitely felt it in my wrists

    This one was fun. First round was 12, but ended up averaging around 7 per round at 95#.

    I’m so bummed I missed this one because I couldn’t figure out how to get around the road closures :(

    That last snatch is so clutch. What you don’t see is Dave Powell almost getting smashed by my plates. I rule.

    Those are some glorious snatches.

    I think I got 93 total at 135#, did my last round at 155#
