    23 something. first 25 PU’s unassisted, the rest with the red band. i have to give Jordan credit for my fast squats, he would not let me stop!

    28:51 with green band for pull-ups. my body-weight exercises are slowly coming along

    25 unassisted pullups followed by 25 of the really small band then red all the way. i hate to love Angie. 26:00.
