    160 max. not as good as i had hoped. 1:41 on the row, which is better than i could hope for. all in all a good workout

    205 on the OHS, 1:38.5 on the row. nearly crushed my head trying 215

    195 overhead squats. 1:38. I like overhead squats, I had to dive out from 205 though.

    105. I literally dropped the bar on my head when attempting 115. 1:52 on the row.

    Got up to 160 on the overhead squats. Row in 1:50.
