    225# Deadlift 19:18
    deadlift was a little heavy for me and slowed me down, made up some of that time on the reverse bearcrawl

    Reverse bearcrawl was the obvious killer. 22:08 I think…getting back in shape sucks, but glad crossfit is there to help, haha!
