INTERESTS
John spent more then 20 years on Active Duty in the Army, and the majority of that time was spent in the Special Operations community. He also intends to seek his MS in Athletic Training next year. John has competed in multiple sprint and Olympic distance triathlons. He currently trains with the short term goal of competing in a 70.3 triathlon, but is also interested in trying both Ironman distance events, and adventure racing. John will be attending his second Crossfit Endurance certification in April.

INTERESTS
Brian is a high school teacher who is classically trained in Chemistry (B.S., William & Mary) and Physiology (M.S., VCU). He played organized sports through high school and college, but has now turned to CrossFit for his competitive and athletic fix. Brian trains for the purposes of improving his general physical preparedness, but has a particular interest in the Olympic lifts. He believes CrossFit is the best way to improve GPP, however, he is willing to consider other avenues and methods that are proven to be effective.

INTERESTS
Andrew has competed in numerous short course road and trail foot races. Recently, he has set his sights on Adventure Racing, a competitive trail sport integrating navigation, trekking, biking, and kayaking. His training regimen employs the CrossFit and CrossFit Endurance methodologies to prepare for his time in the fray. With two sprint Adventure Races under his belt, Andrew is training for a third and planning for his first 24-hour race.
