3 concentrated cycles, each developing aspects of the snatch and Clean and Jerk
· Monday / Wednesday / Friday
· 5:30 – 7pm Class Time
· $40 per month for each 12 week cycle
· Increased attention on classic weightlifting movements
· One on one face-time with Jake and Gerry each class
· Group programming, personalized to your goals and skill level
· Weekly feedback and progress reporting
· Video analysis of lifts
· Transfer of weightlifting technique/mastery into CrossFit classes
