Elements of Fitness
Elements of Fitness is our entry program that prepares new CrossFit RVA members to enter into our Group Classes safely and efficiently. Join a group of other CrossFit RVA newcomers as you learn to workout safely and effectively – skills that you can use the rest of your life. Through our small group setting, we strive to build relationships, both between you and our trainers, and among our Elements students. Elements will give you a glimpse of what our CrossFit Group Classes are like as you become a part of our community.
- Please show up 15 minutes early to sign membership paperwork before your first Elements class
- New students are expected to complete at least 12 Elements of Fitness classes before going into our CrossFit Group Classes
Each training session is an hour, and consists of exercise instruction, a workout, and discussion covering exercise related concepts. Elements classes are capped at 15 people, allowing us to guarantee a high level of personal interaction between trainers and Elements students.
