Olympic Weightlifting – the Clean and Jerk and the Snatch – is perhaps the best tool for developing the power necessary for elite athleticism.

We provide Olympic weightlifting instruction through:

Group Classes – We provide generalized Olympic Weightlifting skill instruction in our CrossFit group classes, and use them during weightlifting-oriented days and occasionally during our CrossFit “metcon” workouts.

Personal Training – If you have a particular interest in learning the olympic lifts and would like to do so as quickly as possible, we offer 1-on-1 training to facilitate that. Check out the “Personal Training” tab at the top of the page for more information and contact information.

Weightlifting Seminars – We are proud to host weightlifting seminars run by Chris Wilkes, head coach of OBX Weightlifting Club. Chris was been coaching for over 10 years.
