This is intimately related to CrossFit and you should be doing this every day. Also, the name of the site is just too awesome to not share with our loyal readers. Self myofascial release is fantastic for your flexibility and performance at the gym. Do it.

Most girls will tell you that shoes can make or break an outfit. While we don’t believe in that at the gym, your shoes can be functional.
