***New addition to classes***

Tuesday and Thursday we will have in-class stretching after the Metcon. This allows us to cool down the body as well as brief the workout with the whole class.

Please hold off on putting away equipment until we have stretched (2-3 minutes max).

This can be a time to ask questions on workouts, recovery, stretching certain areas, etc!

As a continuing measure of excellence here at CrossFit RVA we are releasing the entire week of workouts for our CrossFit members!

This allows people to plan their week out accordingly. Use this as a reference only please not to be used as an excuse to do workouts early or at times not specified.
