We can’t believe the Open is almost here. I am going to give you
some preliminary details to look out for, as we have some awesome things
planned this year!
This link breaks things down to an insanely simple easy to read format.
First off, dates:
- Open starts February 21st. There will be 5 workouts, one announced every Thursday night
- We will hold our weekly “competition” on Saturday mornings
- Last announcement will be on March 21st
Jaci will be doing skill sessions again!
- Do you need Chest to bars? HSPUs? TTB? We have you covered!
- Dates for these sessions are 1/29, 2/5, 2/12, 2/19 at 6:30pm
- They will be 30 minutes each
- All skill levels welcomed, we will announce what movement she will be going over each week before class.

Our biggest new change will be a community give back if we hit a participation goal. Official details on that will be announced soon!
